This delicious gorgeous sunny recipe is packed full of delicious goodness, the perfect way to pop a a pep in your step!
Ingredients:
- 1 large peeled segmented orange
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup cold organic almond or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- 2 tablespoons live natural yoghurt
- Almond flakes (optional)
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Add a little water if needed .
- Serve immediately preferably in chilled glasses.
- Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
- Sit a slice of fresh orange onto rim of glass.
- Enjoy!
